Reheatek immersion heaters are an efficient and cost-effective way of heating up various liquid solutions in processing equipment, as well as in large tanks or vessels. Immersion heaters heating up liquids using direct heat transfer, allows the medium to reach the desired temperature quickly. 

They are used to heat liquids such as water, oil, chemical processes, electro-plating and salt solutions.
With minimal maintenance requirements, immersion heaters are an excellent solution to rapid heating in almost any industrial environment.

The installation can be flanged, over the side, or with screw plug. Reheatek offers immersion heaters in a variety of styles, lengths, watt densities, thermostat control options, and connection fittings. Corrosive resistant immersion heaters are also available. 

  
Custom Options

FLANGE HEATERS
Mounted on the side of tanks, it is extremely strong and provides excellent heat. Flange plate size, thickness and shape are determined by the application.

OVER THE SIDE HEATERS
A practical method of heating open tanks from the top (typically). It offers the ability to use this heater for multiple tanks while other immersion heaters can't be conveniently installed.

SCREW PLUG HEATERS
These heaters screw into your tank and provide heat to liquids in smaller tanks and compartments. They are installed into threaded openings or couplings in the tank or vessel. 

CORROSIVE LIQUID HEATERS
Corrosion resistant sheath materials and special surface treatment are available so the heaters could be used in corrosive environments and have longer service life. 

THERMO CONTROL
In order to achieve temperature control, overheat protection and longer life of the heaters, a thermostat or thermocouple could be integrated into the heaters.

CUSTOM NON-HEATING PARTS
No-heat parts could be customized for different applications.

Screw plug immersion heater are screwed directly through a threaded opening in a tank wall or through a matching pipe coupling or half coupling.

Sizes of screw plug heaters are available with 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2" pipe threads.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or trade company?
A: We are manufacturer for industrial heating elements and temperature sensor since 2007.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We located in Kunshan, Suzhou. It's around an hour drive from Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai, and one hour drive from Suzhou.

Q: How to ensure the quality of your immersion heaters?
A: We have a complete QC system. Firstly, all the components purchased will be tested before using; Secondly, we have quality control during every step in the production process; some key factors (resistance value, current leakage etc.) will be tested in 4 procedures to ensure heating performance and safety. Last but not least, we'll inspect all details per the drawing after fully assembled.

Q: Can I get some samples to check the quality?
A: We can provide at MOQ 3pcs for quality evaluation with freight charged. You just need to pay a little deposit for further business. In the follow-up cooperation, we will return this deposit to you. You can decide whether to cooperate with us based on sample satisfaction. Courier will be used normally sample delivery. 

Q: What's the sample lead time?
A: Samples are normally finished in 3-7 work days. Delivery to door by couier around 5-10 work days. (Delivered duty unpaid)
