1. Used as blending tank, mixing tank, preparation tank, fermentation tank, disinfection tank and ageing tank etc.
2. Ideal in fields such as food, dairy products, fruit juice beverages, pharmacy, chemical industry and biological engineering etc.
Structure characteristics of Bls Vertical Heating and Cooling mixing Tank for Liquid:
1. Adopt structure of internal tank and external package, with heat preservation materials inside.
2. Materials are all sanitary stainless steel.
3. Humanized structure design and easy to operate.
4. Transition area of interior wall on tank adopts arc for transition to ensure no dead corner of sanitation.
Configuration of Bls Vertical Heating and Cooling mixing Tank for Liquid:
1. Quick open manhole.
2. Various types of CIF cleaners.
3. Fly and insect resistant sanitary breathing cover.(according to customer requirements)
4. Adjustable triangular bracket.(according to customer requirements)
5. Dismountable materials input pipe assembly.(according to customer requirements)
6. Thermometer (according to customer requirements).
7. Ladder (according to customer requirements).
8. Vertical blender (paddle type or fame type are available if customer require).
9. Jacket (miller board, hollow jacket or coil pipe jacket are available according to customer requirements).
10. Liquid level meter and level controller (according to customer requirements).
11. Eddy-proof board.(according to customer requirements)
It can be customized according to special requirements of our customers. Total height is computed according to the height (800mm) of the discharge outlet. If the height of discharge outlet is changed, total height shall be adjusted.
