A: Some items are free and the others need to be paid.
Q:What is your Minimum order?
A: In usual the minimum order is USD 10,000 per shipment.
It can be less than the amount, in this case we will charge extra USD 400 for the local shipping charge.
Q:We can order many items to reach your minimum order USD10,000?
A: Yes. The amount USD10,000 is for one shipment and it is a total amount of all items.
Q: What is the lead-time?
A:It is about 25 - 30 days.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T or LC.
Q:What certification do you have?
A:We have got CCC, CE certification for our products. If you need other certification. Please let us know and we will check if our products match it.
Q:Can I use my own logo for your product?
A:Yes, your logo can add on the product.
Q:I have my own designs, could you make them for us?
A:Yes, We can make molds and arrange production according to customer's drawings or samples. OEM or ODM is welcome.
