Q1:Are you factory or trading company?
A1:We are a small group with one trading department and two owned  manufacturers, one is located in Zhangjiagang city, south of Jiangsu , another is located in Lianyungang city, north of Jiangsu . Q2 :Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
A2:Yes, we have rich experience in offering OEM/ODM service. Including label, packaging etc.

Q3:Can the price be cheaper?
A3 : It's negotiable.

Q4: What is the MOQ of the one order?
A4: Normally, MOQ is 2000pcs per design/color. For new client ,we can also accept 1000pcs per design/color for trial order at weak season.

Q5: What payment terms is acceptable in your company?
A5: T/T 30% deposit after order confirm, Balance fully paid against BL copy.

Q6: How about the production leading time after sample approved?
A6: 60-90days after getting your deposit. It is depending on peak or weak seasons. 

Q7: How long is the sample working time?
A7: Usually 7-14 days. It is depending on the season and materials.

Q8 : Why do you charge sample fee?
A8:  We have a design center for all sample design and making. There are 8 designers and 10 workers working for it. We need pay the employee every month. And we pay for the materials, printing , embroidery, etc. for your customized designs. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract between, we will take responsibility for your samples until you say "ok, it is perfect".
