Powder coating process:
manual upload→ predegrease → degrease →rinse 1→ rinse 2→direct spay with running water →Iron phosphating→ rinse 3→ rinse 4→ direct spay with running water→blow off with compressed air→ drain →drying
→ natural cooling → powder spray → powder curing →natural cooling→ manual load
Main Features
Powder coating is a new type of pure powder coating (free of solvents and harmful ingredients). The use of electrostatic spraying adsorption on the surface of the plate, and then through the baking of thermal infrared wave (110°C~130°C), melted and closed to form the coating film.
Compared with paint, blister, skin and other surface treatment methods, powder coating have a strong adsorption, firmness, scratch resistance hardness, as well as the most environmentally friendly, powder can be used more than 98%, and the powder itself non-toxic tasteless, efficient and environmentally friendly.
