Working principle

Shaking table is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transverse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be produced.
 

  Structure

1) Head Motion

Shaking table is furnished with a totally enclosed self-oiling head motion of heavy cast iron to contain an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication.

This feature protects the moving parts, reducing operating and maintenance costs to a minimum. 

2)Decks & Riffles

a) Coarse ore deck: 0.5-2mm    b) Fine sand deck: 0.074-0.5mm    c) Slime ore deck: 0.05-0.074mm

3)Feed and Water Box

A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
