4 1/2'' slip on stand off band rigid centralizer
>>Slip On Stand off Band is designed to provide a positive stand off the casing for both cased and open holes.
>>The angled fins provide increased turbulent flow.
>>These Stand off Band is require where close tolerance between the casing and the hole is being encountered.
>>Mainly it's designed for the liner applications.
>>Design of the stand off Band allows for reciprocation and rotation during cementing and can be installed between Set Screw Stop Collar .
>>These Stand Off Band undergo a special Phosphate coating process to prevent from Rust then coated with special Polyester Powder.
>>These are available in all sizes ranging from 4 1/2" to 20".
>>Any special sizes or combination can available on request.
The smooth spiral 360o overlapping solid vane design of the Stand-Off Solid "Spiral blade" Centralizers provide maximum wall contact and annular fluid swirl. The 30° slope of the vane ends reduce drag and aid the casing in reaching TD. This gentle slope from the body to the height of the vane will eliminate scraping, gouging, or digging into the formation and consequently reduce balling between the vanes. Clean vanes allow complete utilization of the spiral centralizer in swirling the fluids, rather than just splashing the fluid.
The solid cast aluminum Stand-Off Centralizers will not damage wellhead equipment, have high impact and shock resistance combined with high tensile and yield strengths, as well as corrosion resistance. Casting not only makes a well designed tough tool, but reduces manufacturing costs.
