Features of Composite Solid Rigid Casing Centralizer:
Material: Nylon thermoplastic polymer.
It have lower friction coefficient than steel centralizers, only have 50%.And have resistance to high temperature.
Nylon thermoplastic polymer centralizers withstands high well bore temperature up to 200 degree.
The roller makes it to be the sliding friction instead of rolling friction when the casing is down, thus greatly reduce the friction between the casing and the borehole wall.
