I. Introduction
The generator characteristic comprehensive tester is specially designed to complete the electrical start test after overhaul of generators in the power plant. It can complete the real-time measurement and analysis of various characteristic curves of the generator (no load, short circuit, magnetic loss, zero start, ± 10% step, frequency test and load test of the exciter), and has the features of many measurement signals ,high accuracy and other advantages.
II. Features
1. Using standard interfaces in order to meet the needs of various power plants (fossil-fuel power station, water power station, nuclear power plants, etc.).
2. Data can be collected automatically or interactively.
3. Making the test more intuitive through real-time drawing of characteristic curves
4. The waveform can be compared, and the measured data and historical data can be compared with the same coordinates in order to better judgment.
5. Stable, accurate and reliable tested date, the overhaul of the generator can be correctly judged to ensure the normal operation of the generator.
6. Adopting chart output mode, it is easier to analyze, judge and record.
7. Adopt industrial computer main board, integrated design of large-screen LCD display and test unit with higher reliability feature.
8. with a higher degree of program control, which greatly reduces the complexity of testing and improves work efficiency and safety.
9. 6 circuits Voltage signal processing, adopting advanced electromagnetic induction and photoelectric isolation principle, which has high test accuracy, fast response time and stable performance. Input and output are completely isolated, the isolation voltage is greater than 3KV, the overload capacity can last twice the nominal voltage (3-phase 150V, 3-phase 750V), and the input impedance is greater than 150KΩ (or 750 KΩ).
