Product Description
TONGDA computerized terry towel rapier loom is new type modern non-shuttle weaving loom, this machine use controlled by IC card and highly automatic, by adopting the unique double-touch terry mechanism, it can weave high and low terries at the same time, and the active reed can self-lock firmly to prevent loose or dense bars. The machine adopts electronic let-off mechanism, which has the warp tension sensors to keep the let-off tension. While weaving the satin construction, the stop of take-up and let-off is controlled by the electronic magnetic clutch, which provides prompt response and accurate action.
It is used for weaving spiral satin or small jacquard towel fabrics such as face-cloth, tea cloth, square cloth and bath cloth towel, and is specially idea for weaving heavy and thick terry towel fabric.
