High-speed carton erector, modle. hennopack Form MPK-30K, forms boxes suited for horizontal filling and automatic flap closure. Boxes are manually placed on a vertical motorized storage in order to have them in a correct position when picked up by a gripping head with suction cups applied on a mechanical arm. Forming speed from 30 to 40 boxes per minute. Electropneumatic devices allow a safe box forming and squared-folding. The box sizes can be regulated by SIEMENS plc with touch screen. The machine is equipped with safety guards controlled by microswitch. The box is closed with auto-adhesive tape or Nordson hot melt system mod."Mesa".
