USES:

 

It is widely used for welding structural parts of carbon steel and low alloy structural steel with tensile strength of 490N/mm2. It is widely used for welding structure of shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing, pressure vessels, boilers, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, lifting machinery and so on.

1. The welding parts should be treated with oil removal and rust removal.

2. During welding, the gas flow rate is generally 20 ~ 25L/min.

3. When welding the flux-cored wire, the dry extension length should be 15 ~ 25mm.

4. The humidity of the wire warehouse should be kept at less than 60%

5. The storage time of non-vacuum packing welding wire should not exceed half a year, and the storage time of vacuum packing welding wire should not exceed one year.
