1.Are you a trader or manufacturer?
We are manufacturer, we have our 100% self-owned factory in Cangzhou. So we can ensure low price and high quality products, skilled designer & engineers custom made product as per customers' concepts / ideas.
2.Can you send us samples for testing?
Yes, samples in small quantity would be free of charge, but the freight should be paid in advance or freight collect. Quality of the products you'll purchase would be the same as that of samples.
3.What's your payment terms?
We accept the most payment methods such as T / T, L / C at sight, Western Union and Paypal.
4. How about the delivery time?
It depends on your order item and quantity. Usually within 3 days for stock goods, 7-10 days for customized products after receiving the prepayment or relevant L / C.
5.What's the shipping way?
For small cargo order, we can send goods by TNT, DHL, or  Fedex express which we have discount.
6.Could you print on the products as per our requests?
Yes, we could print images or words on the products, such as your logo, brand et, if you buy in bulk.
