Precautions for installation and maintenance of brake parts and brake master cylinder of Heli forklift:

1. When the forklift is repaired, if the brake master cylinder needs to be replaced, when installing the new brake master cylinder, carefully install the push rod into the piston groove, and pay attention to the coaxiality of the piston and the push rod. If it is a master cylinder with a booster, the depth of the piston rod in the front cavity must be measured before replacement. If it is the same as the old master cylinder, it can be replaced after confirmation. If it is the model, it can also be directly replaced.

   2. After replacing the new forklift brake master cylinder, the original brake fluid must be completely drained, and the new qualified brake fluid of the same specification must be replaced. Try not to mix the new and the old or the different brands, otherwise the brake master cylinder will be damaged.

   3. Put the brake fluid into the oil cup of the forklift brake master cylinder. The amount of brake fluid injected should be appropriate. Step on the brake plate, about 2/3 of the stroke, back and forth several times, with an interval of 5 seconds each time, try to fill the cavity of the master cylinder Brake Fluid.

   4. When connecting the oil pressure pipeline of the forklift brake master cylinder, please pay attention to check whether the brake oil pipe joint and the master cylinder outlet thread specifications are the same. You must check the seal between the forklift brake master cylinder and the connecting oil pipe joint.

   5. Step on the brake plate several times, with an interval of 5 seconds each time, and exhaust the air in the pump at the bleed screw of the forklift brake master cylinder and forklift brake cylinder until no bubbles emerge. Be sure to drain it. Please note that some master pumps do not have a bleed screw, and the exhaust can be exhausted on the sub-cylinder.

   6. Adjust the clearance of the brake pads and brake drums of the forklift and the stroke of the master cylinder and the cylinder, and add a proper amount of brake fluid in the oil cup of the forklift brake master cylinder.

   7. After debugging the performance of the forklift's master cylinder and the connection of the oil pipes, it can be driven. The operation of the forklift must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Heli forklift operation manual, and timely maintenance is carried out to reduce unnecessary Heli forklift maintenance costs.
