b) For damage on arrival, please claim to the shipping company firstly and get the claim number and inform us,also take the photos on the damage and send to us for verifying, we will help you to claim to the shipping company to get the compensation.
c) If there is the problem with the product, firstly you need send the pictures or the video to us, let us make surewhat's problem about the product. If the problem can use the parts to solve,
