Introduction & Advantage:
The CNC Rebar Horizontal Bending Center Machine is mainly used in railway, highway, bridge, tunnel, underground pipeline gallery and other national infrastructure fields, especially in the bending process of bar, steel bar in box girder and cover girder. The machine is mainly composed of conveyor roller, lifting mechanism, left bending head, right bending head, gripper, unloading mechanism, feeding trolley, electronic control system, pneumatic system, etc. It is controlled by PLC and has powerful graphics database, which realizes the bending of steel bar.
1. With crank-connecting rod mechanism on rebar lifting mechanism, the rebar is sent to the top of the bending machine head as soon as it is lifted, which is convenient for the operator to discharge material and reduces the labor intensity of the workers. Driven by the motor reducer, all the bracket robs move in an unified way and the driving get more smooth and more steady.
2. The flexible engagement of rack and gear is adopted in the walking mechanism of bending machine head, which solves the problem of incomplete engagement between rack and gear caused by manufacturing error. With enough rigidity thicken on rack,the moving and positioning get more accurate and more stable.
3. The bending spindle is designed by spline, and the spindle itself is made of high quality alloy steel by special technology. It has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance and long service life.
4. The automatic unloading hooks for rebar equipped on the left-right bending head and clamps
can carry out automatic unloading even in the case of long rebar.
5. The bending disc is equipped with a steel bar scrap collecting cover to prevent a large number of
scraps from falling into the reducer and causing wear and tear on the reducer.
6. The bending head is tilted to facilitate loading and unloading of reinforcing bars.
7. Double-acting cylinder adopted on the clamp can ensure that both sides of rebar are clamped at the same time while being clamped. And there is no need to adjust the clamp when replacing different specification of rebars.
8. The moving and the bending of the left-right bending head are controlled by servo motors, which
makes control more sensitive and bending accuracy higher.
9. The flexible safety protection function on operation system can prevent machine from being damaged by bending action in the situation of photoelectric failure during bending detection.
10. The operating system has a powerful database, which can store more than 300 graphics. For large arcs and incremental length change ribs, it can be set by one key without manual input of parameters every time.
