(1) PET-Block: Max Dimension: 2440*1020*1200(mm), regular: 1250*1020*1200(mm), density range: 80~300kg/m³.
(2) Plain Sheet: Max Dimension: 2440*1020, multiple customizable thicknesses available from 5~200mm.
(3) Grooving/Drilling Plate: Based on the dimension of plain sheet, multiple specifications of grooving curve and drilling hole, processing with double surface is achievable, bonding glass fiber on the back is achievable.
★Application
At present, Rscore series PET foam products have been widely used in wind power blade and hood, new energy van-truck body and ship field.
Benifit from the fetures of rigid foam structure, RsCore series PET foam can be widely used in all kinds of composites sandwich panel and products with curve as core material, can be bonded with multiple kinds of surface materials, processing method such as RTM, hot press molding, rolling line compounding are suitable. As core materials, by the lower price, higher physical performance and easy processing, PET foam is gradually being used to replace traditional sandwich core materials such as Basha wood, PVC in insdustry.
