FFC (Flat Flexible Cable) standards:

The FFC cable standard includes the following aspects: PIN number, FFC cable spacing, the size of the conductor inside the FFC cable, the length of the bare wire of the cable, the length of the reinforcing plate, and so on.

1. The PIN number of the FFC cable arranger ranges from 2 to 100;

2. There are 7 common spacing of the FFC cable: 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.25mm, 1.27mm, 2.0mm, 2.54mm. Other pitches can be customized.

3. The size of the conductor inside the FFC cable has 8 common standards: 0.035*0.3mm, 0.05*0.5mm, 0.05*0.7mm, 0.05*1.0mm, 0.1*0.5mm, 0.1*0.7mm, 0.1*0.8mm , 0.1*1.6mm;

4. the exposed conductor length of the FFC cable is 3-10mm;

5. The length of the reinforcing plate of the FFC cable is 3.5-20mm.
