1) What is your warranty period?
Generally, we provide 1 year warranty for all our products unless otherwise mentioned.(Some are 2 years.)
For DOA (Defective On Arrival) items, which will be replaced or refund, please inform us within 3 days of arrival, please also keep all components and original packaging as further checking maybe required, faulty items must be returned for repair or exchange.
