SCR Catalyst System is based on the addition of ammonia (NH3) to the NOx-containing flue
gas and passing the mixture over an active catalyst. This converts the nitrogen oxides (NO
and NO2) to naturally occurring nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O). Together, our high-activity

2. Introduction for SCR
Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst called SCR flue gas denitration catalyst, SCR technology is denitration catalyst in the appropriate temperature, using ammonia (NH3) as the reducing agent, take the advantage of the reducing agent selective, preferentially reaction with industrial flue gas of nitrogen oxide(NOX), NOX is converted into no pollution of nitrogen and water, and NOx reduction efficiency is as high as above 90%. Thereby reducing NOX emissions, and reducing smoke pollution to the environment. SCR technology is a reaction at use of the denitration catalyst at a certain temperature (270-400ºC),that NOX in the flue gas mixed with ammonia gas from the reducing agent supply system after the occurrence of the selective catalytic reduction reaction of nitrogen and water ,thereby reducing NOx emissions,and reducing smoke pollution to the environment .
Several reductants are currently used in SCR applications including anhydrous ammonia,aqueous ammonia(25%NH3)or use.Typical SCR system consist of anhydrous ammonia storage &transportation (using anhydrous ammonia as the reductant )evaporator ,AIG and mixer,flue gas system ,reactor and ammonia emergency management system .
