JT-8Y hydroconversion chemical catalyst (sulfur preloaded) is a new type of organic sulfur hydroconversion catalyst.

Applicable process:
The preloaded sulfur hydrogenation catalyst is mainly used in the process of removing organic sulfur and unsaturated hydrocarbons from coke oven gas with a CO content of less than 10% and an olefin content of about 5%.

High performance:
With the hydroconversion chemical catalyst, the organic sulfur conversion rate can reach more than 98% for coke oven gas containing 100~400mg/Nm3 of organic sulfur, under the conditions of space velocity 500~3000h-1, reaction temperature 250~450ºC, pressure 0.6~6.0MPa.

Lower the cost:
1. after the chemical catalyst is preloaded sulfur, no special vulcanization operation is required during loading and start-up.
2. the preloaded sulfur hydrogenation chemical catalyst greatly reduces the start-up time and simplifies the start-up operation. 
3. with the preloaded sulfur hydrogenation chemical catalyst, the best activity can be achieved only need normal heating after normal filling.
