Summary

OPS9002 Enamelled Wire Online Tst sytems is refers to the testing method for continuity of insulation tester(high voltage method) Which conforms to implementation standard of IEC60851. It is applied to on-line test pinholes and protuberances in the process of producing eight round enamelled wires or four flat enamelled wires.

1. It can monitor production condition of enamelled wires automatically, so the only thing thst users need do is to press the "Start" key.
2. It is applied to test enamelled wires with different diameters and shapes.
3. It provided with dunctions such as counting pinholes and protuberances, giving acousto-optic alarm when numbers of pinholes or continuity faultes (bare wire) ewxceeds the standard value.
4. It takes 30m as a unit length,  It reflects the quantity of enamelled wires , pinholes in unit length by a curve and displays distribution of holes more directly and intuitively.
5.  Test records can be stored in database automatically, which can be consulted according to date, time, equipment number, pinhole number, wire's ID, fault type , happening position and so on. and consulting results can be printed out .
6. It supplies eight testing voltage for your choice: 350V, 500V, 750V, 1000V, 1500V, 2000V, 2500V and 3000V
7. User can preset the alarm standard of pinhole quantity per unit length.
