2 in 1 Equal Pressure Filling Capping Machine for Can
Our company introduces the filling and sealing technology of Swiss company. After digestion and absorption, we design and manufacture the can filling and cappingmachine, which can be widely used in the filling and capping of gas drinks, beer and other cans. It is widely used for filling and capping of aluminum cans, tinplate cans and PET cans. The machine has stable performance, advanced technology, beautiful shape and complete functions.
2. Capping Part
The lid is sealed on the can of the filled product and sent to the next process by the conveyor chain.
The sealing roller is made of high hardness alloy quenched material (HRC > 62). The sealing curve is precisely processed by optical curve grinding to ensure the sealing quality and normal operation of the machine.
This machine has a control system that there is no sealing when there is no can. This can ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce the cover loss rate.
The aluminum cover is manually placed in the chute, and the cover is put by the gravity and the thruster. The chute is equipped with a detection switch to ensure that the machine can stop when the cover is missing.
According to the different height of the can, the capping machine can be manually lifted to meet the requirements.

Normally production time is around 30-60days, the exact delivery depends onwhat kind of machine you order. The shipping time is based on your destination.
3. Q:How to install my machines when it arrives? How much the cost?
You can arrange engineers to study in our factory or our experienced engineers could go to your factory to install the machines and train your staff how to operate the machines. You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation and our engineer wage USD100/day/person.
4. Q: How long time for installation?
According your machines order, we will send one or two engineers to your factory. It will take about 10 days to 25 day. Mainly depend on the project capacity.
5. Q: What is your guarantee if we buy your machines?
We offer you high quality machines with 24 months guarantee and supply life-longtechnical support. And we will send free spare parts together with machines bycontainer. During the warranty time, we will supply thespare parts with our cost.
Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation and 3 daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under two year warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
50% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
50% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
