Die head system: Accumulator die head, single cylinder, central injection, vertical fist in first out design, accumulator channel slick; Slip parts like injection piston and cylinder made with different material and technique, work balanced and reliable.
Clamping system: Fixed clamping system, double diagonal tie bar single cylinder central clamping, wider space for the mould, install and dismantle the mould easily, linear roll guide rail.
Hydraulic system: Adopted proportional pressure controlling, with hydraulic valve and pump of Taiwan Yuken, balanced and accurate action, prolonged useful life, sensitive response.
Electrical system: Adopt PLC to control the action program of the whole machine; Adopt touch screen for communication, parameter setting, modification and picture display; Every parameter could be set and modified directly with the complete obstacle self-diagnosing function, menu operated directly and conveniently.
