Production description
Manufacturer IP Sand Dustproof Test Testing Equipment is suitable for all mechanic,electric, electronoc, automoblie, motorcycle,automobile and other products and spare parts to do dustproof test . It is used to evaluate whether products can resistivity and storage, running or not in air of dry sand or dust. It is applied to IEC-529, GB4208-93, GB2423.37-89 and GJB150.12.
For Dust Test Machne, large observation window with bright lights to keep the box, and use of tempered glass embedded heating element. Dust test chamber provides testing as per various iec 60529 for IP5x & IP6x, JIS, is, DOT mil standard, Combination of various testing cycles are available in a completely mono block construction. All settings can be done in an ergonomically designed control panel with accurate and uniform dust agitation
Chamber Design Features(Manufacturer IP Sand Dustproof Test Testing Equipment)
1. Chamber material: Imported high grade stainless steel inner tank (SUS304) mirror panels, the exterior is made of power coated cold-rooled plate or SS 304 stainless steel plate , increasing the appearance of the texture and cleanliness.
2.Equipment containing dust vertical circulation of air, dust can be reused for testing; Device itself has a good sealing performance, test, laboratory test can clearly observe the situation; Device equipped with a vacuum system to meet the needs test; Equipment dust the bottom of the device can be replaced.
3. Transparent window is convenient to observe specimen during testing.
4. Blow fan adopts stainless steel shell, high sealing and wing speed, low noise.
5. Inside the shell is the funnel type, vibration cycle can be adjusted, dust free float in the sky falling to blowing the hole together.
