   NJP-800C, a small capsule filling machine, can fill powder, granules and other materials into hollow capsules (000#, 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5#). It has 6 technological innovations and 2 invention patents. NJP-800C is an upgraded version of semi-automatic capsule filling machine. It's able to automatically finish the production process including sowing, locking,  capsule separating, filling, unqualified capsule rejected and finished products output. It has the functions of accurate loading, stable operation and no dust.

   This small automatic capsule filling machine adopts rotary design to obtain a patent for utility model. The sealing ring of NJP-800C uses imported SIL silicone rubber, which can effectively prevent powder come into the internal turntable. With good sealing performance, no dust will overflow pollution. Its transverse biaxial adapts PTFE oil-less bearing, no need refueling; It adopts modular structure and equipped with jog operation. It's convenient for maintenance and cleaning.

   This njp series capsule filling is equipped with on-line air pressure die cleaning system, the upper and lower dies are clean and no dust, which can improve the sowing effect.The NJP-800C capsule making machine filling mechanism obtains the national new patent.
