1. Where is your factory loacted? 
Our forklift factory is located in Xiamen City in China. Xiamen is a beautiful port city,One of the biggest port in China. There is only 15KM from our factory to port of loading. Save cost on transportation for the first step.

2. Can you customize and design as the clients' requirement? 
INTERQUIP will try its best to meet all kinds of clients' special requirements. 
However, All the customizing and refit should be implemented safely and scientifically. 
The colors can be painted as client's need. 

3. How long is the warranty of your products? 
Normally One year or 2000 working hours whichever occurs first.  For a longer warranty, Please contact us for details

4. Can you produce the products labeled with the client's brand? 
With the authorization of the brand, we can OEM for our clients. 

5. What payment terms do you accept? 
Normally 30% T/T in advance as deposit, blance paid before shipment. 
100% L/C at sight is acceptable. 

6. Delivery time: 
Standard configuration products are always in stock. 
The production period of Customizing products is 30 days. 

7. Packing & Shipping
We will check and confirm for you an ideal containers type and quantity according to your required quantity to save the sea freight.
Any further information about sea freight, Please tell us the port of discharge. We provide a competive sea freight for you.
