1. Can you help me to make drawing of my perfume cap?
YES, please send us your idea / concept, or send us your hand drawing, we will turn it into 3D drawing, and make rendering for checking effect.

2. How much is mold cost for custom perfume cap?
It depends on drawing and cap details. For some simple cap design, we can make mold core for it. 

3. How long to create mold and samples?
For simple design, it takes 25 days, for difficult design, it takes 35 days. 

4. How long to complete production?
30 days. If you have bigger order, please check with me. 

5. If we send you the product design, can you keep it a secret? Do not disclose product design, etc.
YES, we will not disclose customer's design, samples, production if required, we are happy to sign NDA. 

6. Can we visit your factory?
We welcome all customer to visit us. 

From die casting to packaing, we do inspection of each process to make sure customer receive each qualified zamac caps. 
 

 

Packing method: We use blister tray to fix each zamac perfume cap well, and then put in strong cartons with waterproof bags.
