Q: How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?  
A: You please provide us with your needed product picture and detailed size, we will send to you within 12 hours.

Q: What is the normal lead time?
A: If we have stocks, we can ship immediately when get your payment. For common design, we will send goods to you within 35 days after we receive your payment. For OEM products, we will send goods to you within 50 days (including mold time) after we receive your payment.

Q: How is your package?
A: Mass production products will be packaged on foam paper one by one. Delivering by plastic pallet with stretched plastic film winding

Q: Can I have my own design products?
A: Yes, we accept OEM. If you have sample or drawing, we will give a quick response on mold cost and delivery time.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Normally our MOQ is 10000pcs, if we have stocks, 1000pcs is also acceptable .

Q:  How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A:  Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce some real samples for second confirmation. If sample are ok, finally we will go to mass production.
