Application
1. Transformer oil filtration machine, Zhongneng High precision transformer oil filtration machine is designed for purifying used or aged transformer oil, Altrahigh-voltage transformer oil, switch oil and other insulating oils.
2. It is very suitable for power distribution station, power grid and various companies which need to install and maintain oil-immersed transformers.
3. Besides the regular transformer oil purification, this machine can be also used as vacuum oil injection and vacuum drying equipment for transformers, and it is cost-effective, easy to operate.
Features
1. Besides vacuum pump, this machine installs Roots Pump vacuum system, which speed up air evacuation, make limited vacuum ≤ 5Pa, working vacuum ≤ 35Pa.
2. Large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique, advanced dewatering and degassing system, which remove water and gas rather quick and complete.
3. Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration with gradual precision, which help removing mechanical impurities from oil.
4. After purification the breakdown voltage of transformer oil can reach up to 70KV.
5. Advanced double-infrared liquid level automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector, which ensure long- term safe and reliable operation.
6. This machine can be operated both on-load and off-load.
7. Humanization design, low noise pump, deep purification and long-term free technical instruction.
8. General type, Trailer-mounted type, Hermetical type, etc, which is available.
Advantage:
Comparing with the single-stage vacuum oil purifier, this machine dewaters, degases and removes the impurities more quickly and completely, and improves the oil breakdown voltage much higher. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system, it is used for filtration system as well as an independent vacuum power supply to vacuum oiling for power equipment.
