 Application:
The ZYD stationary, portable and mobile High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifiers, are used for transformer oil degasification, dehydration, filtration and optional de-acidification.  
The ZYD works equally as well with other electrical insulating liquids such as silicone fluids. 
The ZYD Process is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength by removing free and soluble water, free and dissolved gases and particulate matter. 
The standard Transformer Oil Purifier is designed for processing oil in workshops, storage tanks or directly in energized or de-energized transformers.
 
In addition, We offer Transformer Oil Purifiers to treat cable oils including many other applications outside of the electrical industry.  For example, electronic and radar equipment, vacuum pump sealing oils, brake fluid and refrigeration oils.
Specially designed for regenerating insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers even when transformer power above 110KV and altitude over 500 meters, as well as purify mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on.
 
Features:
1. Operated fully-automatically with PLC controller.
2. The oil of any grades can be treated on line.
3. High vacuum: Ultimate vacuum ≤ 5Pa, Working vacuum ≤ 35Pa.
4. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly.
5. High absorption speed: Absorption speed power ≥ 333 L/C.
6. UK G technology---the trace water (such as dissolved water) can be removed effectively.
7. Distinctive combination of double FH trapezoidal network filtering system and high polymer filter.
8. Carbon fiber infrared heating system---make the oil contains zero sum of ethane after the treatment.
9. Special for vacuum oiling and drying for power transmission equipments over 110KV.
10.Variety of models with different flow rates and options to suit every customer's requirements. 
Optional features offered are conventional Fuller's Earth filter(s) or column(s) for acidity and color rectification.
 
Advantages:
1. Compared with the singlestage vacuum oil purifier, this machine is more quickly and completely on water, degas and impurities remove, which recover the oil limiting voltage-withstand function. With the bridge-type vacuum linking system that can purify and be an independent vacuum power supply, this machine can be applied to electric insulation devices.
2. Besides the dewatering, degassing and eliminating  particles, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon effectively, which can make the treated oil reach to the normal index on anti-oxides, acid-alkali water-solubility.
3. Mobile type with trailer, hermetical, canopy-covering, open and frame system
