Operation Instruction
1 put the machine on a place where is flatness, check whether any parts of the machine is lax, especially for the connected parts between generator and oil pump.
2 connect the power supply correctly, check whether the round direction of the oil pump is correct, if not, pls exchange the power phases.
3 connect the oil inlet pipe and oil outlet pipe tightened. Note the must tighten the oil outlet pipe to oil outlet valve, otherwise, the oil outlet pipe will be pushed off when the pressure is so high.
4 when tighten the oil inlet pipe and oil outlet pipe, open the generator, the oil pump begin to work normally, the purified oil will be fine through the filters.
5 when need to suck the oil in another container as the oil in one container is sucked completely, pls do it as soon as possible for avoiding the oil pump running without oil for a long time. If you can not do it quickly, pls stop the machine, and when the oil inlet pipe is tightened well, start the machine.
Maintenance
1 the machine adopt mechanical purifying way and increase the density of filter net step by step in order to improve the precision of filtering. In this way, when the machine is working, the primary filter is easily jammed which cause the quantity of inlet oil is less than that of outlet oil.
Resolving method: remove the cover of primary filter, take out the filter net, then use the clean oil which is the same type with the waste oil to clear. In this way, the machine can work normally.
2 If the oil raise so high when adding the oil, it will cause the temperature of the generator improve quickly, and the noise of the oil pump increase.
