1. PVC MATERIAL
The PVC material comes from Sijia brand. There are two kinds of thickness in boat pontoon: 0.9mm and 1.2mm.

Each PVC material has 4 layers and it is anti corrosion, waterproof, contraction and expansion. 

2. HYPALON ORCA MATERIAL
Hypalon material comes from Taiwan China.

Orca material comes from France.

There are 6-8 layers without contraction and expansion. It is more wear-resisting than PVC material.

Hypalon Orca material is more popular for clients.

3. FRP MATERIAL & FEATURE

USA Ashland gel coat material for FRP hull, hand made by skilled workers, Perfect finished and guaranteed quality.

Deep "VII" FRP hull -  More stability ever in deep water.  C design Category.

Hull Structure: Adding water-proof plywood to the upper hull and FRP keel to the lower hull to make the structure stronger.

Lightweight,  with equel outboards size but speed faster, lower fuel consumption.
 

 4. OTHER RAW MATERIAL & ACCESSORIES

Glue material comes from Korea, 5550 size.

Stainless Steel Accessories: All are 316L. Low carbon, more durable
 

5. Customized Service:

Except for customized tube color,decoration,if any change or new design of fiberglass hull moulds is required,

please provide relevant data,our professional team would achieve your satisfaction.

HAOHAI provides you with 5 years guarantee for fiberglass hulls &  3 years guarantee for tubes. 

If there's any product problem,pls kindly send detailed pictures,we will do our best to solve it:

For small tube breakage,it can be fixed with pvc/hypalon&glue in the repair kit coming with boats;

For breakage that is beyond your handling ability,HAOHAI will cover the repair expenses in local maintenance shop;

For serious product problem,the same model will be replaced for you freely.
