Make the condensation reaction of L-aspartic acid and L-phenylalanine to produce aspartame semi-finished product, and then keep the aspartame semi-finished product for 1 hour; The ester chemical process is as follows: in the esterification reaction, the semi-finished aspartame is reacted at 22 ºC for 240 hours to obtain the crude aspartame.
