Ultramid T KR 4355 G5 is a 25% glass fiber reinforced injection molding PA6/6T grade featuring high toughness, stiffness, and strength, low water absorption, and high melting point (295 C). After the material has been conditioned, its mechanical properties remain stable up to 65 C.
Ultramid TKR 4355 G5 LS is a partially aromatic polyamide 6 copolymer (PA 6T/6).Is toughest of all partially aromatic polyamides. Possesses good elastic, electrical and mechanical properties, high melting point, low tendency to creep and excellent sliding friction properties. Provides low shrinkage, low warpage, good toughness at low temperatures, high dimensional stability, rigidity, strength, stiffness and thermal stability, high impact strength, slow water absorption and good processability.

Ultramid grades are molding compounds on the basis of PA6, PA66 and various co-polyamides such as PA66/6. The range also includes PA610 and semi-aromatic polyamides such as PA6T/6. The molding compounds are available unreinforced, reinforced with glass fibers or minerals and also reinforced with long-glass fibers for special applications. Ultramid is noted for its high mechanical strength, stiffness and thermal stability. In addition, Ultramid offers good toughness at low temperatures, favorable sliding friction behavior and can be processed without any problems.

Semi-finished products are usually further processed by cutting tools to form finished molded parts.
