Autoclaved aerated concrete (shorted as AAC) block is a kind of lightweight precast concrete block, it was invented in the mid-1920s and has developed for around 100 years.
    It is made of cement, lime,fly ash (or silica sand) as the main raw materials, and aluminum powder as the air-entraining agent. It is a new type of building material with superior performance, which is produced in the condition of high temperature, high pressure and steam curing. They could be used in industry buildings and residential buildings. Now, they are welcomed by more and more customers.                            
 
Advantages:

• Thermal Insulation: improved thermal efficiency reduces the heating and cooling load in buildings, and saving on energy cost.
• Fireproof: porous structure gives superior fire resistance, 100mm thick panel has 4 hours of fire rating, recognized as Euroclass A1 non-combustible product.
• Sound Insulation: inside of AAC/ALC, there are plenty of pores, so that it has effective sound insulation. The noise can be reduced by 30 - 50 dB depending on its thickness.
• Lightweight and high strength: the density of AAC/ALC is 1/5 of common concrete, 1/3 of clay brick, similar to wood. In addition, the compressive strength of  AAC Product up to 5.0 M/Pa.
• Anti-seimic: lightweight and excellent integrity makes it able to absorb strong impacts, which reduced inertia force during the earthquake.
• Anti-permeability: there are millions of closed pores on the surface; which effectively prevent moisture infiltration.
• Eco-friendly: it produces at least 30% less solid waste than traditional concrete and there is a decrease of 50% of greenhouse gas emissions.
• Non-toxic: there are no toxic gases or other toxic substances in autoclaved aerated concrete. It neither attracts rodents or other pests nor can it be damaged by such.
• Long lasting: it is not affected by harsh climates or extreme weather changes. It will not degrade under normal climate changes.
• Convenient Construction: customized size helps install faster and easier; construction speed is 4 times of traditional block.

Ecotrend is located at Sihanouk Ville Special Economic Zone, Cambodia, it occupies land area of about 25000 square meters and total investment of more than 14 million dollars. It has annual production capacity of 400,000 cubic meters, which is the largest and only ALC panel manufacturing enterprise with green prefabricated building material in Cambodia. Since it only about 20-minutes driving from Sihanouk Ville Port, thus, Ecotrend is endowed with unique geographical advantage for exporting.

Our factory:(In Cambodia)

     When packing, we usually use plastic-steel tape to fix AAC panels or AAC blocks, and use cardboard or plastic protective film to protect the corners to avoid damage during transportation. According to the packaging requirements of different customers, we will do our best to meet the special packaging requirements.
We usually use sea containers for export transportation. Our minimum order quantity is 1unit 20ft container, which is also the most economical transportation method.    

1). Are you trading company or Manufacturer?
      We are manufacturer, Ecotrend Materials is our factory established in Cambodia. And HuaFei Express is our Marketing Center located in China.

2). Who will we sign contract with?
      Normally with Ecotrend for AAC/ALC products and the shipment will be made directly from Cambodia. If you'd like to buy the accessories of ALC        products, you will sign contract with Huafei Express.

3). Which port will you export your products?
      For AAC/ALC products, we will export from Sihanouk Ville Port, Cambodia; for accessories or other related products, we will export from Shanghai or Ningbo Port, China.

4).What is your lead time?
     Usually within about 15-20 days after receiving your deposit or L/C.

5).What is your payment terms?
     50% deposit by T/T advance and 50% balance by T/T before loading; L/C is accepted as well.

6).What is the package for the product?
     By wooden pallet(Non fumigation pallet),or comer protectors on all sides,outer with polybag. Or as buyers' requirements for Wholesale Concrete        Blocks.
