INSULATION ENAMELLED COPPER WIRE QZ, which has low electric resisitance, good heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, easy to be processed and lead welded. It is used to make the key components in the thermal overload relay, low resistance thermal circuit breaker, and the electrical appliances. It is also an important material for electrical heating cable. It's similar as s type cupronickel.The more composition of Nickel,the more silver white the surface to be.

Advantages of Copper wire:
1) The resistivity of copper wire(≤0.017241Ωmm2/m) is lower than that of aluminum wire(≤0.028264Ωmm2/m), which leads to better
conductivity of copper wire than aluminum wire.
2) The tensile strength of copper wire is 260N/mm2 ,much higher than that of aluminum wire 120N/mm2, so the Copper wire has better
performance of paint scraping, Jerk off. The winding speed of copper wire is faster and not easy to break, which improves
production efficiency.
3)The melting point and boiling point of copper wire are higher than that of aluminum wire, which has higher production safety.
4)Copper wire is more durable than aluminum wire and has a longer service life
