Product Introduction

 

Manual Tongs are necessary tools applied to make up and break out pipes. Changing lug jaws and latch steps can adjust different handling sizes of the tongs.They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K Specification for drilling and well servicing equipment. s.

 

We supply a range of tubing and casing tongs made of high alloy steel and heat-treated for strength and wear. The tongs incorporate a wrap-around design with approximately 300° of die contact to minimize cutting or crushing of the pipe. All tongs are pull tested and documentation is available.

Product Structure

 

Manual body is connected with joint pin on the boom and hang over the well rigs through the top ring on the boom,. Try to keep the tongs body in horizontal level by adjusting the balance head and adjustable square head screw.
