The Hammer Union can be used for many kinds of hoses, cementing trucks, and hose pipes in oilfield. It is an important part for transporting water, oil, fracturing fluid and mixed fluid or sand. These products are made of high quality carbon steel by forging and cutting. They have high mechanical performance and sealing features. Especially when they operate under the bad weather situation. They can be assembled fixed easily and conveniently. Main technical parameter model number collecting norm working pressure, structural length drift diameter. The product adopts to end connections of pipeline thread, tubing thread, butt-weld. 

The wing nuts and right ACME will ensure quick installation or dismantling without special tools, so it ir fast installation

 

Type:

We can provide various types of hammer unions based on the introduced technologies from different countries,including welding type, thread connection type, and H2S service unions.1"-8" and CWP of 1000psi-20,000psi unions are available. For easy identification,unions with different  working pressure ratings will be painted in different colors,and there are evident marks indicating size,connecting mode and pressure rating.

 Seal rings are made of high quality rubber compound which greatly enhance load-bearing capacity and sealing performance and protect connectors from corroding.Different pressures and applications have different sealing methods.
