This machine is a single-press type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metallurgical industries.

It is suitable for producing common round tablet and varied
irregular tablets(double-face printing included).
Outer cover is made of fully close stainless steel and the
surface of rotating plate was specially treated to keep it
smooth and shining to avoid cross contamination.
It is equipped with transparent glass cover to observe the
tablets being pressed, and can be opened from four side
interior cleaning and upkeep.
It adopts imported frequency inverter, simultaneous electro-
magnetic clutch.
Hydraulic system can guarantee the machine running with
a stable pressure. In case the pressure is overload, the
machine can be stopped automatically.
Transmission system is equipped and sealed in the
lubricant box, which can run with dipping oil. It can dissipate the heat easily and is wear-resistant.
The machine is specially equipped with the dust collector, which can collect the powder inside the pressing chamber for
recycle use.
All of the dies and the dies of ZP19:33B tablet press can be used instead of each other.
