A2: We have a professional QC team to strictly inspect and control every section during production

Q3: Sample/trial order available?
A3: We do provide samples after all seeing is believing, usually free if the item is cheap, you're expected to pay for express.
YES for trial orders, however the more you buy, the less you pay for each unit.
 

Q4: How about the shipping terms.

A4: The samples can be shipped by DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT etc... couriers; the bulk can be shipped by air or by sea.

Q5: How about the MOQ?

A5: OEM service generally need 500pcs/ color and depends on the exactly size and designs. if less than MOQ, we also will check with our raw material supplier to provide the best price and quantity for you. welcome to contact us. 

Q6: How to place order?
A6: After we firm up all details, you'll get a PI with product info and our bank account on it,you pay deposit/full payment sometimes and order starts after the payment arrives.
 

Q7:Delivery Time?

A7: Sample will take about 3-5 days and depends on exactly design and technology; bulk production will take 25-35 working days accordingly. 

Q8:How to choose the colors?

A8: We have available stock for you choosing first, if you want to customized, you can provide the color swatch or Pantone color number for sample making before bulk production.
