PPPS/polyphenylene sulfite filter media
PPS fiber needled felt media choose polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) material from Toray and Toyobo, while use the imported the stenter equipment to produce, is an excellent high-temperature filter material. PPS needle felt filter media has the following features:
1,Continuous operating temperatures up to 190 ºC, instantaneous temperature of 220ºC.
2, Can be used the operating conditions of the oxygen content less than 16% (but the temperature should be controlled within an appropriate range).
3, excellent resistance to hydrolysis and acid & alkali corrosion, PH value range 1-14.
4, filtration velocity optional 1-1.5m/min. Thereby reducing the size of the equipment, reduce equipment cost.
PPS fibers having good mechanical and chemical properties, and a good filtration performance can be maintained in the harsh environment .Depending on different conditions, the service life: 2-4 years.
PPS needled felt filter bag is ideal filter material for coal-fired boilers, waste incinerators, coal fly ash, chemical plants and other pulse cleaning dust collector.
