Product Desciption

As one of the most competitive suppliers of conveyor belt, Jiuzhou has won another bid in Songjiang Diversion Project in domestic. In this project, Jiuzhou will provide 10km of steel cord conveyor belts for the first stage.
Since this belt is to match TBM underground, it requires the belt with high performance as below:
1. Open zinc-coated steel cord---Reduce the cord diameter and lighten the belt body, making the belt more suitable for long distance transportation.
2. Less transit points reduces maitenance and downtime.
3. 100% joining rate ensuring the joint part with the same working life as the belt body.
4. Unique production process give the belt better linearity in operation.

In addition to above series belt, we have supplied over 40km the same ST2000 conveyor belt in another two domestic projects.
