Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.

Q: Where is your factory located ?
A: We are in Yuhuan city Zhejiang province China .The very famous manufacturing base for the hardware sanitary ware ,valves products in China.

Q: How to go to your factory?
Take a plane:
A: Wenzhou airport  : 50 minutes by car to our factory.
Taizhou airport : 50 minutes by car to our factory.
Fast train station :
Wenling station : 40 minutes by car to our factory .
Yandangshan station : 25 minutes by car to our factory.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is about 30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the free sample for under your express account or freight collected before mass production.

Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, our project dept will deal with your drawing or samples and provide the draft drawing for your confirmation. 

Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:All the products will be 100%inspection before the shipment.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Total value amount less than 1000USD, 100% in advance.                               
    more than 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment. LC at sight .

Q:When can I get the price?
A:Usually we quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry.

Q: What is the terms of business
A:FOB/CNFI/CIF,All accepted ,Port include Ningbo /Shanghai both ok .
