2.Description
The coating machine is mainly used for the coating of compressed tablets, pills and granules in the pharmaceutical industry, and can be used for candy machinery or coating in the food industry. The coated and polished sugar-coated tablets have a bright surface, which can prevent oxidation, dampness or volatilization, and can also cover the unpleasant taste, so that the medicine can be easily identified and the dissolution in the human intestines and stomach can be relaxed.
 
3.Working principle
Through the clockwise rotation of the pot body, the tablet rolls, slips, and grinds in the pot. The coating powder is poured into the pot by hand or a duster is used to make the coating powder evenly distributed on the core. An electric hair dryer is attached randomly. The hair dryer can be extended into the pot for heating, and at the same time, the hair dryer blows hot air into the pot to remove the water on the surface of the tablet, thereby obtaining rigid sugar-coated tablets.
