XLY1300 Slipform Paver Machine is a type of paver suitable for high quality concrete construction. Compact and reasonable structure, full hydraulic design, easy and quick for extensions; Double independent control system provides a strong guarantee for the perfect operation; accurate matching of mechanics, electrics and hydraulics, suits slip-form construction for various kinds of concrete construction including curb, road shoulder, ditch, anti-collision wall.
* Hinged feeder: overall length 3.7m, diameter 402mm; high-strength casting spiral blade, airtight conveying structure, direct driven by high torque hydraulic motor; hydraulic angle and length adjustment.
* Control system: providing electronic hydraulic information of longitudinal gradient, transverse gradient and front and rear steering.
* Crawler and column: triple crawler, hydraulic drive, Planetary gear reducer.
* Tamper: six hydraulic tamper circuit, independent speed adjustment, best accuracy for sensitivity regulation and dead zone adjustment, self-diagnostic function, off-line automatic shutdown.
