1. The order normally will be shipped within 3to7 working days upon the availability of the stock.  If there is no enough stock, 
    please check with us for the earliest shipment.

2. GOFORD  usually ship orders by DHL/FedEx /TNT/ UPS.  Other methods can be arranged upon request.  Please           bear that all the freight charge is on customer's account.

3. GOFORD will provide the tracking ID upon shipment, but GOFORD shall not take any responsibility for the delay or       cancellation or any other event caused by the carriers.

4. GOFORD will try our utmost to do the proper package before shipment.  However, GOFORD cannot avoid the rude      handling and damage due to the carrier's negligence.  Please check the package intact before signing and accept      the goods.  If the package is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will provide the proof of the intact package.
