A: the machine's guarantee  is 12  months.

Q2.Would you accept the ODM or OEM ?

A: Accept the OEM /ODM ,but it must be No infringement of third party.

Q3.what's the MOQ?

A: MOQ is 20"ft, the customer can choose 10 to15  articles No. Mixed one container.But the sample order could be discussed.

Q4.What about your delivery time? Can we receive our goods on time?

A: Delivery date is  within 25-35  working days after receipt of the deposit . Yearly on-time delivery rate high than 98%.

Q5.have you had any certificates for your machines ?

 CE, UL, EMC  VDE, IEC, ROHS etc have been  approved  .

Q6.what quality system has been gained for your factory ?

A: We have gained : ISO9001:2008, SGS   CCC for  our factory.
