Instructions of Use
Press 'SET' to enter over-volt setting mode, 
Press 'UP'/'DOWN' to set voltage value;
Press 'SET' again to continue to set under-volt value, over-volt &
under-volt tripping time, (over-current value, over-current tripping time)
& auto recovery time.
Press 'OK' to finish the setting.
