What is UV spraying line vacuum metalizing?
UV Spraying Line mainly including complete assembly line painting system, flame treatment room, electrostatic dust room, UV automatic painting room, Infrared preheating leveling, UV curable ,cooling air chamber. Before vacuum pvd coating, we need to apply uv base painting for guaranteed adhesion. After vacuum coating, uv top painting will be required for clear and shinning surface. UV Spraying Vacuum Coating Machine can be widely applied to UV painting of materials such as plastic, metal, glass , ceramic and other substrate. § Flame treatment: multiple flame treatment gun, improve the adhesion of specific product
§ Automatic painting: independent automatic spray chamber, equipped with multiple automatic spray gun, customer can also select full-automatic painting robot.
§ Infrared leveling: infrared pre-heat-flux bake length with accurate calculation, adopt multiple latest R&D infrared pre-heat-flux system with adjustable temperature.
